Design Notes

nucleotides 1113914 to 1114313 of Sinorhizobium fredii NGR234 plasmid pNGR234b (GenBank CP000874.1) with 2 modifications to remove a BsaI site and a PstI site to allow potential Golden Gate Assembly use and complementarity with the Universal Biosensing Chassis (BBa_K2448023 and BBa_K2448024).
